These Terms of Sale govern the purchase of software licenses and related products from Better Web Co. Ltd through our website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
These Terms of Sale apply to all orders placed through betterwebsoftware.com. Better Web Co. Ltd reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The terms in effect at the time of your order will apply to that order. By submitting an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Sale and our Privacy Policy.
"We," "us," and "our" refer to Better Web Co. Ltd. "You" and "your" refer to the customer placing an order. "Product" means any software license, subscription, or digital good listed for sale on our store. "Order" means a request to purchase one or more products submitted through our website.
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to place an order. By placing an order, you represent that you are of legal age and that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and current.
All orders are subject to acceptance by us. After you submit an order, you will receive an email confirming receipt. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. Your order is accepted when we issue an invoice (wire transfer) or when your card payment is successfully authorized (credit / debit card). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion. We accept payment by wire transfer and by credit or debit card. For wire transfer orders, an invoice with payment instructions will be sent to your email and payment is due upon receipt. For card orders, payment is collected immediately at checkout through our payment processor, Stripe. All payments must be made in the currency specified in your order.
All prices are listed in the currency you select at checkout and are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time your order is confirmed. Discounts applied through promotional coupon codes are reflected in your order total at checkout. Prices displayed do not include applicable taxes, duties, or levies, which may be added to your total where required by law. You are responsible for any such charges. Prices are exclusive of any bank transfer or payment processing fees, which are your responsibility.
Software licenses are delivered electronically to the email address you provide at checkout. Delivery times vary by product and vendor. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver your license within the timeframe indicated during checkout, but delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. You are responsible for providing a correct and deliverable email address.
Each product is subject to the license terms of the respective software vendor. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with the applicable end-user license agreement (EULA) for each product you purchase. We are not a party to the EULA between you and the vendor. License periods, device limits, and usage restrictions are set by the vendor and may vary by product.
Some products are offered as subscriptions that grant access for a term chosen at checkout. The subscription term varies by product and tier — for example, monthly, half-year, annual, or multi-year terms may be available. Depending on the subscription type, your license may be set to renew automatically at the end of each term. We do not store your full card details; any renewal charges, if applicable, are processed through your original payment method via our payment processor. To cancel an automatic renewal, contact us at [email protected] with your order number before the next billing date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid term, and you will retain access until then. For subscriptions that do not renew automatically, access expires at the end of the paid term; to continue using the product, place a new order. Any refund for the unused portion is governed by our Refunds and cancellations section.
You may request a refund within 30 days of your purchase. Refund requests submitted after 30 days will not be accepted. To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] with your order number. Refunds will be made to the original payment method and may be subject to deduction of any bank or processing fees incurred. If you experience a technical issue with a product, please contact us first so we can attempt to resolve it. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we determine the request is abusive or fraudulent.
All products sold through our store are the intellectual property of their respective owners. Your purchase grants you only the rights specified in the applicable EULA. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense any product without the express permission of the rights holder. Better Web Co. Ltd trademarks, logos, and content on this website are our property and may not be used without our prior written consent.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BETTER WEB CO. LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR ORDER OR USE OF ANY PRODUCT PURCHASED THROUGH OUR STORE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations if such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, labor disputes, utility failures, internet or telecommunications disruptions, or vendor-side failures.
We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By placing an order, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in that policy. Card payments are processed by Stripe, our third-party payment processor; we do not receive or store your card details on our servers.
These Terms of Sale and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Thailand. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) shall not apply.
If any provision of these Terms of Sale is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect, and the invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.
